Guiding Principles of Our Company for the Future

We knew that creating the right set of values to drive our business was paramount to our future success and growth. We studied and reviewed some of the best performing companies in the country across all types of organizations. It was this careful consideration that led us to partner with General Electric and their Access GE program.  The RHC team worked closely with the Access GE team learning what worked for GE and the tools they used to drive their success. We analyzed our internal strengths and weakness, determined what was important for us, what was important to our employees, and the things that drove our customers success.  We utilized these reflective insights to steer the development of our core values and behaviors that provides the guiding principles of our company for the future.  The result – Six core values that we knew were paramount in driving our decision making, relationship development, and ultimately our success.
