Employee relations involves strengthening the employer-to-employee relationship. The HR department is the link between workers and management. Therefore, they measure job satisfaction, employee engagement, and resolve workplace conflict.

Compensation and Benefits: 

Compensation and Benefits is an important HR function at RHC. Furthermore, it involves assisting management in setting compensation structures and evaluating competitive pay practices through market surveys and wage analysis. By and large, RHC complies with all applicable wage and hour laws and regulations, including minimum wage, overtime hours, non-exempt and exempt classification, and other compensation elements. Additionally, the HR department works with our insurance brokers to negotiate health benefits programs, coverage and rates.

Compliance:

Compliance with labor and employment laws is a critical HR function. Our department is aware of federal and state employment laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and many other rules and regulations.

Employee Development:

The focus of employee development is measuring, improving performance, and setting goals. The HR department assists supervisors and managers in providing the tools necessary to improve the efficiency level of RHC employees.
